Both, we’ve decided to run a bed & breakfast in the house during low season. Then you can rent your private room with desk, terrace and bathroom. A healthy vegetarian & vegan breakfast is included in the price per night.
From mid June until mid September you can privatize the entire house for maximum 12 people.

Yes, you can privatize the house for max 10 people during low season; 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for a minimum stay of 3 nights.

For the bed & breakfast it’s 2 nights, for the privatization of the house for 10 people in low season it’s 3 nights and for the privatization for 12 people in high season it’s 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday.

Please check the calender on our website for availability and fill in the reservation request form for the best price. We will confirm you availability and ask you for a deposit of 40 %. Your reservation is confirmed once we received this upfront payment.

For the bed & breakfast you are welcome to check-in from 16:00. If you arrive before this time, you can store your luggage with us until your room is ready. Check-out is at 11:00.
If you privatize the house, check-in is from 17.00, check-out at 10.00.

In the bed & breakfast we rather choose an adults only policy, kids are welcome from the age of 12. When you privatize the house everybody is welcome, you just have to take into account that the pool isn’t fenced but secured with an alarm.

We are huge animal lovers, but due to bad experiences we were obliged to stop welcoming our animal friends.

Every room has a different decoration. Three rooms are orientated towards the south and the two rooms towards the north catch the sunset light. Four rooms are in a building separated from the main house. One room is a bit smaller and attached to the main house and does not have a desk (Yucca room). Each room has air conditioning and heating, a bathroom and a terrace.

Yes, four rooms have a desk and there is Wi-Fi everywhere. Wi-Fi download speed is 12 Mbps at its best. There is good 4G coverage everywhere in the house.

The salt water pool is heated from mid May until mid October.

When you stay in our bed & breakfast you can’t use the kitchen. There is an outside worktop with a sink and a fridge where you can prepare a cold plate if you like.

To finalize your booking you’ll have to pay a deposit upfront. To privatize the house you’ll also have to sign a contract and pay a deposit. The remaining amount should be paid on arrival in the bed & breakfast, to privatize the house it should be paid before arrival (more details in rental contract).
